Upon receiving the Keepsake, simply scan it and follow the instructions we provide. You will be directed to your profile which has been automatically created. On the top right, Hit Sign In and then go through the reset password process to set your own password.
It is as easy as that and you do not have to create an account yourself as the Keepsake will come with an account associated with it.
